Nothing amazes a newcomer to alternative health more than the first time they have a 10-second massage of one small point on their foot — and a pain or knot in some completely different area of their body instantly disappears. Based on his twenty years of work in natural healing and alternative self-health methods, Richard Pinneau, Ph.D., teaches the most potent, speediest tools for helping yourself (or someone else) out of a healing crisis: learn the proper massage of hand and foot reflexology points and vital acupressure strategies.
Quickest Relief for Head, Back, Neck Pain
Reflexology-Acupressure for Alertness & Energy
With a little practice you can learn to use a gentle massage of key reflex and acupressure points to accelerate the body’s healing in almost any of its systems. It is also a completely natural, drug-free way to boost energy level. For enhancing mental clarity and alertness, there is nothing like a five-minute workover of the points that stimulate energy in the brain’s limbic system and cerebral cortex. Similarly, the immune system responds dramatically when it is struggling to fight off a virus if you give its key points a ten-minute going-over.
It can be used on yourself or others
Many people mistakenly think that these method require outside assistance. Not so. Although it does feel wonderful to lie back and have someone else do a thorough massage of your reflex/acupressure points, almost all of these points can easily be reached on yourself by yourself! So this is a first-aid kit that is always in your hand.
